HOPETOWN :11 12 FEVRIER

This is the country of Caput medusae!
But I don't know their precise names.

Aren't they beautiful!!!

But we also saw plants which are not at all indigenous :cacti

This one has quite flexible stems, it's not a cactus nor a succulent...What is it?

On the dirt road leadingto the "Toll house" and the old bridge, we saw a few flowers

It's very interesting to change region and find different plants...The people we speak to must think we are  mad, roaming the country like this...
Even one of our hostesses said we mustn't  walk by ourselves in the fields or hills...It was dangerous. She was quite adamant.;;Well we do this in every country we visit....
